Empty Bowls 5K Crit Run|Walk

The Empty Bowls 5K Crit Run|Walk, presented by Allegacy and benefiting the Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC, is an exciting, new addition to the Winston-Salem Cycling Classic, offering a unique opportunity for walkers and runners to follow the same criterium race loop that the cyclists will be competing on throughout the weekend.

Men’s and Women’s professional bike races, food trucks, and a concert at Bailey Park will follow the Empty Bowls 5K Criterium at 5 PM –all part of a jam-packed weekend of excitement, starting with the Gears and Guitars concert Friday night and continuing through Monday when international cyclists will compete.
