  • Voice Banking: If you choose to enable Voice Banking Assistant, we will receive information submitted by or through your hands-free devices, such as Amazon Echo, Google Home, or similar devices, to fulfill your voice inquiries or directions, such as requests for account balances or recent transaction history.
  • Job Applications: We collect information when you request that we notify you about our employment openings or when youapply for a The information we collect may include your contact information and information about your education and employment history.
  • Plaid, Inc.: Allegacy’s allows its members to connect both in-house accounts and external accounts using Plaid, Inc’s (“Plaid”) service. When you use the service to connect an account, you authorize Allegacy to act on your behalf to access and transmit your person andfinancial information from the relevant financial institution. Furthermore, you agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid end user privacy policy. Allegacy assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, deletion, non-delivery or failure to store any user data, loss of user data, communications, or personalization settings.
  • Other: Any other information you choose to provide when you contact us or otherwise engage with us through the Services,including information you type into our chat

Information about others: In some circumstances, we may ask you to provide information about other individuals in order to support the services you have requested. For example, when you use Bill Pay or direct payment services, we will need information about your intended recipient in order to transfer funds. Similarly, when you activate shared access for other authorized users of your account, we may ask for information of others to facilitate the service you have requested.
