NEWHope Run + Picnic

The spring tradition continues…

Hospice & Palliative CareCenter’s signature  event has a new name and location. The NEWHope Run & Picnic will take place April 14, 2018 in Bailey Park at Innovation Quarter in downtown Winston-Salem. Funds generated will help to provide unmatched, compassionate care and support for anyone in our community who needs it. Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance cover hospice care so that patients almost never have out-of-pocket expenses. The challenge is that reimbursement does not fully cover the cost of care. Hospice relies on community support to bridge this shortfall.

A true family value! Take part in the 5k Run/Walk or Stroller Mile and then enjoy the family-fun at the Bailey Park Picnic presented by Allegacy. Play traditional picnic games, paint your face, and make crafts in a family-oriented environment. There will also be picnic packages for families and individuals that include meals and an official Allegacy picnic blanket.
