Beginning in 2014 the Affordable Care Act defines standards for full-time, variable-hour, and seasonal employees for the purposes of offering health coverage. In this webinar we will discuss the safe-harbor look-back method including three new waiting periods established to measure employee hours to help employers avoid IRS penalties for not offering health coverage.
