Beginning in 2014 the Affordable Care Act defines what a large employer is for purposes of offering health coverage and potential IRS penalties for not offering health coverage. In this webinar we will discuss methods used to determine if you are a large employer including counting full-time and full-time-equivalent employees and how to count employees if you are an owner or are part-owner of multiple businesses.
