IRS tax forms will be prepared and mailed to our members by January 31. Tax forms are not currently available in the online platform. If you have not received your tax forms by the end of the second week of February, please contact us either through Live Chat or by calling Member Services at 336.774.3400 or 800.782.4670. Note: Tax form 1098 is only mailed to members who have paid more than $600.00 in interest to their Equity loan during the previous tax year. Tax form 1099 is only mailed to members who have earned more than $10.00 in dividends in a deposit account during the previous year.

Members can purchase Certified Teller Checks at any of our convenient Financial Center locations. Please refer to Allegacy's Fee Schedule for applicable fees.

Generally, our Financial Centers are open Monday thru Thursday from 9am-5pm and on Friday from 9am-6pm with some locations offering Saturday hours. Our Member Service phone lines and online Live Chat support both open at 7:30am Monday thru Friday. You can use our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) for many deposits, transfers, transactions and payments, as well as withdrawal cash in the denominations you prefer. Live teller assistance is available via video at ITMs during business hours and Saturday mornings.
