Scammers can alter the number and name sent to your caller ID or email to disguise their identity. Never give out your online banking credentials, log in or account information to anyone contacting you, including someone claiming to be from Allegacy. When in doubt, call us at 336.774.3400 to confirm or to report suspected fraud.

If you’re an Allegacy member pursuing an undergraduate degree, the Allegacy Scholarship Program may be able to provide financial assistance. Visit the Scholarship Resource page for more information.

College Scholarships

Allegacy provides six scholarships, starting at $2000, to college or university students

Tech Scholarships

Allegacy provides four $500 scholarships to tech and community college students

Additional Scholarships

For those who applied but weren’t selected, the Carolinas CU Foundation offers options

Key dates + eligibility requirements

All applicants will be notified in early May

Application period lasts from October to February each year
To apply for an Allegacy scholarship, you must be a primary Allegacy member with your own savings account
To be eligible for consideration, you must have a non-weighted GPA of 3.0 or higher
You must be a full-time college student enrolled in at least 12 semester hours, or a high school senior accepted on a full-time basis at an accredited post-secondary institution
