Helping Santa make it to every house
Not every family can afford to have Christmas. Angel Tree exists to change that.
Founded by the Salvation Army in 1979, the program collects wishlists from children in families struggling to make ends meet, then gathers donations to make those dreams come true.
For years, employees within our team have made Angel Tree part of their holiday tradition – and so have we. Allegacy displays Christmas trees in participating Financial Centers. Each tree is decked with tags showing a child’s name, gender, needs and wishlist. Passers-by can adopt an angel by pulling a tag, buying gifts for that child, and dropping the gifts off at a donation spot.
Bringing Christmas to a child is a small thing, but not insignificant. Together, we help make the holidays bright for all of the children in our community.
Be involved. Support the good.
How do we express our concern for the community? By rolling up our sleeves and getting involved – not just because it feels good to give (though it does) – but because it’s the right thing to do. We will always do what’s right for your wellbeing, and for the health of our community as a whole.
